The dolphin is in blown using clear glass with blue spots, blue tail, fins and little nose.  Makes me think Murano but it is not.  

He has a tiny black glass dot for his eyes.  

This glass is new with a tag.  A stunning piece.  A really sweet piece and a sure conversation starter.
