Before finalizing your purchase, we urge you to thoroughly review the following extended warranty terms and conditions. Your agreement to these terms is implied upon purchasing from us.

1. Warranty Coverage:
- All items sold by A&S Parts Specialist Ltd are subject to a limited warranty, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers items found damaged or faulty at the time of customer receipt.

2. Return Requirements:
- To activate the warranty, the customer must return the item within the 30-day period, with the receipt at the A&S Parts Specialist LTD facility no later than 7 days after the warranty expiration.
- Items must be returned in the exact condition sent, without any tampering or alterations.
- All dispatched items are marked and photographed; returning items must still display these markings, or the warranty becomes void.

3. Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty is nullified if the item is tampered with, altered, or damaged due to improper installation, negligence, or customer misuse.
- It does not cover items used for purposes other than their intended application.
- If the returned item does not reach A&S Parts Specialist LTD facilities within 7 days post the warranty expiration, the warranty is void.

4. Additional Requirements for Engine Warranty:
- For engines, warranty coverage is contingent upon the replacement of the fan belt and the installation of new oil and oil filter, supported by verifiable proof.
- All engines are sold drained and devoid of any liquid.
We also advise that all engines should have a new timing chain fitted before fitting into ones vehicle as they are recommended to be changed by BMW close to 100,000 miles. Engine warranty will be voided if timing chain isn't changed.

5. Liquid-Containing Items:
- Any item sold that originally comes with any form of liquid will be drained of liquid prior to the sale.

6. Incorrect Item or Faulty Part:
- If A&S Parts Specialist Ltd provides an incorrect part, we take full responsibility, offering either an exchange or a refund.
- If the customer mistakenly purchases the wrong part, they can still return it within the 30-day period, with shipping and handling fees deducted from the refund.

7. Return Process:
- For any issues within the 30-day warranty, contact our customer support.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for returning items to A&S Parts Specialist Ltd.

8. Refund Processing:
- Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, A&S Parts Specialist Ltd will initiate the refund through the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability:
- A&S Parts Specialist Ltd is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

10. Modification of Terms:
- A&S Parts Specialist Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect purchases made before the modification date.
