Most items are sent by Royal Mail 48 / Second Class. Royal Mails intention is to deliver in this time frame BUT this is not always the case. I cannot guarantee that your item will always get there in 2/3 days . Any “lost” parcels will only be refunded after 14 working days so please don’t contact me after 4 days to ask for a refund. Replacements will always be sent where possible.
The tracking system on my items does not track the journey but tells me when the item has been delivered so please don’t contact me saying the tracking doesn’t work. If the item hasn’t been delivered the message on the Track and Trace will say “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item”
