This listing is for a replacement touchscreen for the 2010 - 2011 Toyota Prius JBL navigation system with a faceplate ID of E7022 (printed on the bezel just below the LCD screen). This is all you need to repair a broken / frozen / unresponsive touchscreen!

 

If your LCD display still show the map, music, and other info, but won't respond to touches to the screen or the buttons to the side of your display work correctly, but when you touch the display, nothing happens, to replace the touchscreen, which is a thin piece of clear glass that sits on top of the LCD display that will solve your problems. This is a common problem with the OEM navigation touchscreen!

 

PLEASE NOTE: This listing is NOT for a replacement LCD unit, or a replacement JBL navigation system! This listing is for a replacement touchscreen digitizer only. This touchscreen digitizer will not fix a non-working LCD (blank screen), it will only fix a non-responsive touchscreen. We would share you how to move out your JBL navigation unit from your car if you required.

 

Attention:
1. The cable interface of the touch screen is 8-pins.
2. It is only a touch panel, not including a LCD display.
3. There is a layer of protective film on the surface of the panel. Please remove the protective film before using it.

2. We offer economy (by post) and expedited shipping service (usually by DHL,TNT or FedEx, for Russia is EMS). Buyer should complete customs Clearance process if needed at destination. We are not responsible for any lost for buyer's negative declaration which lead to package destroy by customs or carrier and return postage.

3. Import duties, taxes and charges at destination are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Combine Shipping discount is valid only  for purchase items and pay in full at the same time. You can contact us when you check out, we will do the best to service you. 

* Expedited shipping service via DHL, TNT or FedEx is around 5-7 days, EMS is around 10-12 days. 

* Estimated delivery time by post is variable according to different period of year and area, please check below for your             reference. 

Return/Exchange Policy:

We will issue refund if your item is received defective or incorrect item was shipped. Buyer has the choice to exchange if we have the correct part in stock. If you don't need it or don't want exchange, we will refund you the amount of the part which not including any shipping fees and custom duty as soon as we receive your return item. If incorrect item was shipped we will refund full amount and including shipping cost.

For brand new parts are guaranteed for 180 natural days after goods are received which against manufacturer`s defects. For used or refurbished parts are guaranteed for 90 natural days after goods are received. 

No return/exchange will be accepted after 210 natural days. 

How Returns Work:

To return a part, please contact us with detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it, picture description is favorite. we will message you with instructions in approximately 1-2 business days. Please don`t return before receiving message from us. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost except that incorrect or defective item we shipped. Please inform us the tracking number after you return it , we will refund you within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item from you. Refund for the item will be issued when the package is inspected, received and processed. 

Return parts requirements:

Must be in brand new condition if sold new or same condition as received by the buyer, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original or equivalent packaging, complete with accessories and protected by adequate packaging. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, faulty installation, repair or maintenance work wrongly execute by non-qualified personnel, unauthorized modification, any damage caused during transport.
