Wallace Stegner was a major 20th Century novelist and essayist whose works were oriented to California and the American West.

To complement his Pulitzer Prize-winning novel Angle of Repose, this includes a collection of 13 vintage magazines (see pictures and below) plus the printed program of Mr Stegner's memorial service, and two memorial recordings.

Angle of Repose uses some actual family memorabilia incorporated into a saga of family conflict.
