REGARDING ALL ITEMS:

 

PACKAGING:

All of my items, regardless of format, are first wrapped in a plastic liner to protect against liquids, then wrapped in cushioning material (that is, if appropriate for the item) to protect against shocks, and finally placed in cardboard (or a cardboard box) to protect against punctures and sharp objects.

 

SHIPPING:

Sorry for the inconvenience in advance, but I add USPS Signature Confirmation to all U.S. orders over $75.  This extra service is at my expense.

 

ISSUES: I am confident you will be 100% happy with this sale.  However, none of us are perfect, so if you are unhappy in any way with your product, please reach out to me BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback. I will always try my best to correct any mistakes I might make!

 REGARDING SEALED ITEMS:

 

Please remember that purchasing a sealed item carries with it an inherent risk. if a copy is sealed I cannot be responsible for the condition of the media  inside. This includes but is not limited to:

 

* Seam splits that may occur as a direct result of shipping a sealed vinyl record

* A damaged, counterfeit, or wrong release placed inside an item's packaging and then resealed at some point before its coming into my possession

* Manufacturer defects or errors of any kind

 

I will always act in good faith. I have not and nor will I ever open and reseal an item from my inventory to sell to you, or sell an item which I know to have  been resealed at some point without explicitly noting this.
