You are viewing a Vintage Cigarette and Cosmetic Case made from Tortoise Shell Plastic with Enamel Floral and Gold tone metal.  The picture does not do it justice but the cream/pearl color background  with the gold outlined floral design, is simply beautiful.  

It has a mirror on the inside that lifts up. One elastic cords on one side that holds cigarettes and 2 on the other for cosmetics.  It measures approx. 5 x 2.5 x 1.25 inches.  It only comes with the bottom half of he original box, shown in photos. It is vintage JCPenney and made in Germany.  

Its slightly dusty on the inside.
