The skirt has a layer but the top does not.

I believe this is handmade. Definitely handdone. The details are absolutely beautiful.

Unsure of the fabric. Cute little bow on the front.

One small spot on the waist. See photos. Has been treated once.

I believe it is 1950’s or early 60’s based on the zipper.
