HARTLAND 9" Rearing Mustang Light Bay Pinto on Styrene Plastic for JC Penney 1991 Christmas Sample. This pinto pattern is different than others and part of the main was painted after model was removed from the paint mask. This was a Sample for JC Penney and was from Steven Mfg. Saple room purchase when they closed their business. Model has eye whites, nose, right front hoof, and groin area are pink. Noticed some bubbling under the Gloss and small rough gloss area on right front barrel, but no marks that I an see. Rough seam on right butt area on back as well. One of the last Rearing Mustangs in my collection.
