This is a vinyl doll made by the Heidi Ott Company, Swiss designer.  She has vinyl arms, legs, head with firm fabric body.  Long brown curly hair and hand painted eyes.  Wearing victorian-like wine colored dress, matching hat, pantaloons, shoes.  This is the remaining inventory of a closed doll store.
