Never used but I Cant get it to work/ DOESNT WORK

Once put onto charger it will make a beeping sound and the light will turn on. Once taken off the charger it won't light up, turn on or make any movement.

can't get it to start up therefor it is sold in UNWORKING CONDITION

Bought online last year for $400+ may have been a defective product, it appears it was probably damaged in transit as it has a hairline crack on the plastic on the side of the system and a chip above that.

Can't get it to work, never got the chance to use it. Unable to return or file a non working claim due to the time window being over.  Called customer support but they won't help me unless it's bought on the US Site and if I had a warranty which I didn't get.

The gel cream is still sealed but expires 7/2024.

Box has wear and some rips.

It lights up on charger but won't turn on/ vibarate- Not sure if it's just the battery or its damaged but I'm selling it AS IS IN UNWORKING CONDITION.

comes with everything as shown, sealed gel cream.
