Please read the description before purchasing, thank you and we hope you enjoy your miniature.

All miniatures featured on the store are unpainted. However, for those of you looking for a custom paintjob, my wife is an established artist who once worked for Malibu Comics and has been selling her own paintings at Sci-Conventions for the last 20 years. She accepts commissions on all models in the store, and examples are available upon request.

If a variant has multiple options, please indicate at checkout which you'd prefer otherwise the default style will be chosen.

We do not have on hand inventory, unless it's an extra print off a plate or a canceled order. As such, all miniatures are made to order in the order they are received and during busy seasons could take 20-30 business days to fulfill. Unless we just happen to have a model ready to go, nothing will be instant and in a world of instant gratification, I understand how tough that is to adjust to. But 3D printing is a process, a creation of a model one layer at a time, ranging from 400 layers to over 3000 for just one piece of a model. In the end, the printers take as long as they take and we apologize if it feels like it's taking too long, it's just how it is and any attempt to speed up the process will only result in failure.

What to expect

For the most part, small miniatures will come assembled, while larger ones will be packaged in multiple components to prevent damage during shipping. IE: Wings, arms, weapons that offer a chance of being damaged during transport do tend to print separately. The weapon likely did not break off in transit, especially if it's wrapped by itself and Gorilla Glue is best to assemble them when they arrive. If you need a diagram or instructions for the larger models, the best we can offer are the pictures above, as none of the creators have supplied us with handouts for the models, and 2500 of them would be a monstrous task to create.

Your figure will be 3D printed in resin, ninety-eight percent of the time it'll be gray unless our supplier runs out. If you'd like a different color, you'll have to request it and it might cause a delay in production.

When printed your model is cleaned of supports, washed in alcohol, and then cured. The curing process itself may cause slight variations in larger pieces in how they line up, as will heat exposure. But then, heat exposure using near-boiling water or a Bunsen burner can help slowly move things back in place. We are human, mistakes get made and sometimes a support or twenty are missed, especially when we are busy. Some light cleaning, sanding, and assembly may still be required when you receive your purchase, but warm water will soften the supports and you can use your finger to just push them off, or even a small putty knife.

Scale:
True scale is the measurement of a six-foot male human standing in a T Pose measured from foot to eye. If it's 32mm, a male human standing upright will measure 32mm to the eye. Everything else in the world surrounding that lone human is made proportional to that. If you order a 54mm ogre, it will not be 54mm tall. It will be 4 inches tall. Because that is how tall an ogre would be next to a human measured 54mm to the eye. What scale does not reflect on, on any other creature/humanoid, is base size, total height, or shoe size.

Truescale creators represented on the store outside kickstarters are as follows: Beast Miniatures, Archvillain Games, Clay Cyanide, Dragon Trappers Lodge, Epic Miniatures, Flesh of Gods, Lord of the Print, Lost Kingdom, Mythreal Games, Printed Obsession, and White Werewolf Tavern. Ritual Casting is true scale, but are diorama models. Witchsong are truescale models but are designed to be gargantuan size models next to a human ranging from 4-15 inches in height.

Heroic scale: Heroic scale is an artistic design and cannot be converted to true scale, nor true scale converted to heroic. Heroic models are made with bigger heads, armor pieces, weapons, feet and chest. It has a slightly cartoonish look and is meant to be a more fun exciting miniature to use/paint. Heroic miniatures, as such, stand 3-5mm taller than their truescale counterparts. If you order truescale figures, heroic miniatures will be taller and make the others look too small. If you want to keep them consistent, you may need to order a size smaller or reach out and request height changes. If you already have a heroic scale model, and you order truescale from the creators above, you will think you got a scale smaller and that is not the case.

Heroic creators represented on the store are as follows: Artisan Guild, Bite the Bullet, Clay Beast, Daybreak (semi-heroic), Epics N Stuffs, Great Grimoire, Stormborn, and Signum Workshop.

If you have a question about individual sizes, please reach out before making your purchase to avoid any unnecessary confusion upon receiving your models. As a side note: the more it costs, the bigger it will be.

Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping. It it doesn't automatically adjust ask yourself how heavy the item is you're purchasing. If it's a dragon, or a 1:8 scale model, it may be high due to the weight of the package. Weight accumulates and unfortunately it increases the cost of shipping. If, however the price still doesn't seem right, reach out so we can check the weight set for the models you're looking for to ensure it's right, so as to provide you with the correct price and avoid overpaying. If you would like to add your model to an earlier order, message us, make an offer on the item and wait for it to be accepted and an invoice sent with updated shipping, though it may cause your earlier order to be delayed as there might be orders inbetween.

International Combined Shipping: Customs prevents orders from exceeding five models per package. If you buy a set, that is one, but otherwise if you order more than five you may be required to pay another shipping fee for the next five, and in some places a VAT will be required as well. We will try to help you lower the cost as much as we can, but in the end, it costs what'll cost either way and we are limited in how much we can do. We apologize for that, and hope that it lightens up, especially since some countries during this COVID crisis are increasing the shipping times so it takes months for the package to get there when it generally would have been weeks before.
