All purchases include an optional FREE 4oz culture of a Tropical/Temperate springtail mix to put into your isopod enclosure. These help keep the isopod enclosure clean and combat mold. Shipping is a flat $15 to every state except Hawaii and Alaska. LAG included.

We ship Monday and Tuesdays only, this ensures the animal arrives to you on time and healthy.

All shipped animals have LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee):

We ship using USPS Priority 1-4 day shipping. LAG qualifies as long as its received and any DoA's (Dead on Arrivals) are reported within 2 hours of arrival. Please have someone home to receive the package, these animals will die if left in a mailbox or in bad weather. All LAG shipping is a flat $15 regardless of purchase size.

Hold for pickup is also available. LAG qualifies if picked up the same day of your package arriving at the USPS facility.

All shipments come with a hot or cold pack when required at no additional cost to the buyer.

We hold the right to delay shipping in the event of extreme weather (below 40 or above 85 degrees) in order to ensure the safety of the animals. We may also reserve the right to require hold for pickup when weather is too hot or cold.

Photo/video evidence of DoA's are required to benefit from our LAG policy. Please make them clear for us to see. All overcount and additional animals provided past the amount purchased do not qualify for LAG, if you order 10 isopods and we ship 15, but 2 show up DoA, those 2 DoA do not count towards LAG as you have received the amount purchased.

All sales are final. We are not responsible for the post offices delays or treatment for the package, but we will always try and do what we can to make sure you are happy and have a positive experience with us!
