This is a felt pennant that you can roll up. That is how it has been stored in the bin and how it will be sent to you. I will "stuff" the center of it as well.

Shipping:
   Shipping is done Monday-Friday. Prompt shipping is as important to me as it is for you. Once cleared payment is received your purchase will go out the following business day. Rare occasions emergencies arise such as illness or weather, in those rare cases delays will occur.

Combined Shipping:
I love to save you money. If purchasing more then 1 item I will be happy to combine shipping. For combined shipping savings:
 You need to contact me ahead of time letting me know which items, the purchases must end/be made the same day and everything must be mailed to same address.

Shipping Cost:
     USPS sets the price of shipping NOT ME. They have done huge increases recently in their pricing. The further away from the east coast you live/the heavier/larger the package, the higher the shipping cost . Ebay takes their commission on the full amount you pay. Not just on sale price the TOTAL This means as a seller I don't get given to me the amount you pay for shipping, which again is determined by the post office NOT ME. After those fees are deducted, paypal takes their cut. I however have shipping expenses to package your item safely. Packing materials, envelopes, peanuts/bubblewrap is not free. Neither is my computer ink to print out labels, or the gas I use driving to the post office and in most cases same day as payment. I MAKE NOTHING on shipping, I do NOT charge a handling fee. In most cases, it costs me money after the commissions and shipping expenses are deducted

Returns:
   Be 100% satisfied with your purchase and know  if the item is not as described and shown in photos you may return it.  Return shipping cost paid by the buyer.  After your purchase is delivered to you, it must be back in my possession within 14 days. Please contact me prior to returning.
