Two packs of Hannah Montana party favor pencil sharpeners. Never been opened. Boxes have signs of wear. Some creasing and minor yellowing to the plastic. The boxes have held up pretty well and don’t seem to be broken at the seal. If bought to display just keep in mind the boxes do show wear. The pencil sharpeners inside seem to be in new good shape.
