We are a UK-based husband and wife team. We aquire our stock from liquidation and closeout merchants and buy in bulk to make sure we can pass on the highest savings to you! Everything you'll find in our store here has at least 50% off the retail price (usually more) and if you can find it cheaper elsewhere (not on sale or in offers), we will do our best to match or better it! We only buy from reputable merchants, and although you won't find a brand name on most of our listings, rest assured our items are from brands you can trust. Packaging may be damaged or opened, products perfect - everything we sell is 100% tested as working before we ship it, and we record serial numbers.
SHIPPING
We reserve the right to open a product packaging before sale in order to check or test it and we ship within one business day of payment, usually sooner. As such, this item and all our items can be considered "open box" products.
As we are a UK based business, all our stock is owned and distributed by us. We do not dropship, nor do we "import to order". This means we can quality check every item before we ship it, and you can expect delivery a few days (or sooner) after order, as opposed to a few weeks. We can also expedite shipping and respond promptly to custom or expedite requests. We do not sell stock that we do not own.
We use a selection of shipping services such as Evri, Royal Mail etc. If you prefer another carrier, feel free to send us a message, we can usually oblige!
- We offer next day and regular services, always tracked and always insured for your safety; we only ship to mainland UK, no PO Boxes allowed. Please provide a physical address. The exception to this rule is AFPO/APO boxes (Military).
- Local pickups and combined shipping options are possible if you message before purchase!
RETURNS
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. You have the option for a full-refund or an exchange of the item. No returns are available on items shipped outside of the UK.
- Returned products must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- If a product is damaged in transit, you may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, we also request you notify us immediately of damage on receipt of parcel, so we may start a claim with your carrier.
- All products are fully checked, tested, and serial numbers documented prior to listing on Ebay and sale.
