SHIPPING
We reserve the right to open a product packaging before sale in order to check or test it and we ship within one business day of payment, usually sooner. As such, this item and all our items can be considered "open box" products.
As we are a UK based business, all our stock is owned and distributed by us. We do not dropship, nor do we "import to order". This means we can quality check every item before we ship it, and you can expect delivery a few days (or sooner) after order, as opposed to a few weeks. We can also expedite shipping and respond promptly to custom or expedite requests. We do not sell stock that we do not own.
We use a selection of shipping services such as Evri, Royal Mail etc. If you prefer another carrier, feel free to send us a message, we can usually oblige!

RETURNS
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. You have the option for a full-refund or an exchange of the item. No returns are available on items shipped outside of the UK.
- Returned products must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- If a product is damaged in transit, you may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, we also request you notify us immediately of damage on receipt of parcel, so we may start a claim with your carrier.
