The compact, lightweight body measuring 48 (W) x 131.5 (H) x 22.4 (D) mm and weighing 165 g has 2 GB of built-in flash memory, and in addition to MP3/WMA format, it supports uncompressed linear PCM format and can record approximately 55 minutes of "original sound" that exceeds that of a music CD. An SDHC-compatible SD card slot is provided, allowing the user to expand the memory up to 8GB.

The microphone is made of movable machined aluminum to reduce noise caused by vibration. Microphone units located on the left and right sides of the top of the main unit are positioned 90 degrees outward, enabling high-quality sound recording with a natural, expansive stereo feel and well-balanced mid-range output.

In addition, the DVM directivity control technology enables clear recording of sound sources at a distance. Manual recording level adjustment is available, and the "EUPHONY MOBILEM" surround sound system enables high-quality sound playback.
