Lookin' to Recycle the followin' to a new home:

1 Vintage, and Antique WOODEN SHUTTER. HINGED AT CENTER. Still has edge hinges. Has a partial latch. This is one side of what would be on both sides of a window. GOOD FOR DECORATION? It has a hanging wire installed on back. Backside has a hanging wire. It had 3 stars or partial stars which should have been finished but someone painted half of one side with white paint which now you can’t open the slide open the louvers of the  shutters now on that side, the other side opens but one of the louver slats has a broken swivel peg, the slat looks fine closed but open it falls on one side ( see photos ). One louver slat on the painted side is split horizontally and has scotch tape on one side
It Measures about 14.25” wide. About 35.375” tall. About .75” thick. Weighs just under 6lbs ( hardwood, maybe oak?)
Condition: Good -, It is half painted, has 2 damaged shutter louver slats. Needs crafty fixes or repairs. Has a hanging wire attached to two eye hooks on the back. ( see photos).
