Orders from Disney Store are shipped directly from our warehouse by our carrier partner Evri, and take roughly 5 working days. Please refer to your order confirmation email for your estimated delivery dates. Working days are Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm. The date of order is day zero, so if you place your order on Monday, you can expect to receive it on Saturday.

If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you informed, however your tracking information will give you updated delivery information.

We offer free delivery, even if we have to use more than one parcel.

Delivery is to UK mainland only. We can’t expedite orders, so please bear this in mind when planning your purchase.

If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item to us.
You can do this by following the eBay return process found here

Once your return is on the way to us, you can expect to receive your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

There are exclusions to our change of mind policy. If you’ve used or damaged an item, and it’s no longer saleable, you would not be able to return it.
