Old 1905 New York Education Depart. School Commissioner Field Book inspections

I know this is very niche, but also very old and rare!  Inspection of New York's schools, Fall Term 1905. A few pages have newspaper clipping attached, most don't. Tablet is in good condition with some signs of wear/age, but not bad.
