Here is a World War I US City War Service Medal.  The Medal was issued by the Malden, Massachusetts to those who served in the Great War from 1917 to 1918.  Hard to find WWI Town or City Medal.  It has an all metal composition with embossed working and the City Seal to the front.  The Medallion is suspended from a pin mount with the War dates.  It features an early pin back device with needle pin and cradle/catch.  The Malden, MA  City War Service Medal is in fair condition and is 104 years old.
