Esteticamente buone condizioni, qualche piccolo segno di usura dovuto al tempo.

Tecnicamente valido, tutto funziona. 

Ma c'è un difetto: il pulsante di reset del contatore del nastro è rotto!  Ciò non influisce sul funzionamento del misuratore.

But there is a flaw: the tape counter reset button is broken!  This does not affect the operation of the meter.
