Return Policy

1. Return Conditions:

• Unused and Undamaged: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and show no signs of wear or use.
• Return Period: You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

2. Return Costs:

• Buyer Pays Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the seller.
• Restocking Fee: A flat fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your order to cover the cost of restocking and processing the return.
• Return Commission: A commission of 5% of the item price will be deducted from your order to process the return.

3. Return Process:

1. Contact the Seller: Use eBay's "Message Center" to notify the seller that you would like to return the item.
2. Obtain Return Authorization: The seller will need to issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. Ship the Item Back: Ship the item back to the seller using the provided RMA number and a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund: Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, they will be obligated to refund you the cost of the item minus the return fees.

4. Exceptions:

• Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as food, lingerie, and electronics, are not returnable.
• Items Damaged by Buyer: Items damaged by the buyer are not returnable.
• Unauthorized Returns: The seller may refuse to accept a return if it was not authorized or does not comply with the return policy.
