Soldering flux is the mixture of high-quality alloyed powder and resin paste flux, it can avoid the pale yellow residue.
It is a high viscosity no-clean flux, have strong oxide removal effect to gold-copper alloy substrate and wire, can be used for soldering and reballing of phone chips and through hole solder joints.
Also suitable for BGA ball, semiconductor packaging, computer motherboard north and south bridge, communications, graphics, BGA, etc.

Instructions:
When the "BGA chip" and "PCB pads" require coat, apply a little each time.
Using the end of a match or toothpick, apply a little soldering paste to the leads that will be soldered.
Place the soldering iron tip over the leads, contact the solder against these leads.
Heat the solder till it flows freely,then quickly move the soldering iron and solder away.
The indoor temperature should be controlled at 22-28℃, and the humidity RH30-60% is the best working environment.
To wipe the wrong substrate, it is recommended to use industrial alcohol or industrial cleaner.
Preservation method:
The soldering flux should be kept at 10-25℃.
The soldering flux should be used for 12 months.
The soldering flux should not be placed in the sun.
Precautions:
Use only with adequate Ventilation.
The soldering flux contains organic solvent. Avoid repeated contact with skin. If the solder paste gets on your skin, wipe it off with alcohol and rinse thoroughly with water.
In order to be cautious, in the operation, the smoke released by the solvent during operation should be avoided as much as possible, and the skin and mucous membrane tissues should not be contacted for too long. Avoid repeated breathing of vapor.
Avoid contacting with eyes.
Keep away from children.
