Vintage Raggedy Ann and Andy Umbrella 1972 Bobbs Merrill 23” Complete .

Some discoloration to plastic, on inside near top on underside- small rust spots. Metal braces are all there and all connected properly. Small amount of rust and corrosion on chrome handle. Snap closure works and still has wrist strap.
