Ex private collection / estate, so unfortunately no history is known about the collection. None of the written information on the backs of the postcards have been read, note that not all the cards are written on. Some are in very poor condition, the silk cards more so, they need urgent restoration, there also losses, tears, missing sections etc etc. Some appear to have been stuck to an album at some stage.
