NEW... A lace and ribbon negligee or nighty 3 1/2" L included red ribbon straps, will not open and fit on a doll unless u take it apart and that would be your choice Handmade -- white lace body with white satin ribbon underskirt and the white w/ red band with red bow.
If it is to stiff for where u want to display it, moisten it and form it, the underskirt is the part that would be stiffer. Even a bit of fabric softener in the water would help..
