The finish is a little darkened from age and use, but there is no damage, other than one hard-to-see personalization - "PC" - scratched into the surface. See pics.

All markings are clear and readable, and the ends show no signs of abuse. 

The plastic sleeve is also in decent and useful condition, though it has become less pliable with age, as is normal for these.
