Usage Method:
1. After powering on, press the power button (ON/OFF) to start the machine
2. Press (Function) and select 1-8 massage methods to cycle through
3. Press (Timer), select the working hours of 15 minutes and 30 minutes, and the device will automatically shut down
4. Press (Intensity) to adjust the strength of the four gears
5. Press (Heat), the heating indicator light will turn green, and heating will begin. The maximum temperature is 40 ℃
