PAYMENT

Please make a payment within 48 hours after purchasing. Also note that we are not VAT registered and therefore we are not able to provide a VAT invoice.

POSTAGE

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. If you purchase on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, we will not be able to dispatch the item until the following Monday. 

All our items will be delivered between 1 and 2 working days. 

The free postage is for UK Mainland addresses only, and do not cover Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Etc. 

If you reside in one of the following postal code areas: AB31 to AB56, ON, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA20 to PA78, PH, ZE and PO BOX, please contact us for shipping costs for these areas.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase and the seals on the item must not be removed. Also note that postage for returns of unwanted items (wrongly purchased) are to be covered by the buyer and the cost of the initial postage will be deducted from the refund.
