The PP204 1/2 Inch Thick Rotor Kit is the heater's air pump assembly and consists of a rotor, rotor insert and four carbon blades rotating inside a pump ring body.

We suggest that on some older style heaters, you check your rotor thickness before completing your purchase to ensure your rotor is 1/2 inch thick.

The PP204 Rotor Kit we are offering is the original equipment replacement part.

Warning:

Never service a heater while it is plugged in, operating or still hot. Severe burns and electrical shock can occur.

Note: Correct pump pressure must be calibrated after installation.

This can be done using a low pressure gauge such as the DESA HA1180 gauge or an equivalent.

This can also be done by turning your adjusting screw clockwise until the nose cone of the heater is glowing orange except for the last inch of your nose cone.

When removing the replacement Rotor from the package and installing it into the heater, do not strike or drop the rotor, or damage may occur.

Handle the rotor by the body only.

No warranty will be given for parts damaged during installation.

If a part is broken upon receipt, a picture will need to be taken of the part in the unopened package before any parts exchange can occur.

If the item purchased is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection from S.A.W. Inc, if the returned part is considered to have a material defect S.A.W. Inc will send the customer at no charge a replacement part.

Items that are not opened, installed or used may under authorized conditions be returned within 14 days for a partial refund less the actual shipping cost paid by S.A.W Inc and a 20% restocking fee.
 All return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid by the buyer, any product returned with freight or postage collect charges will be refused and not accepted.
