This set was purchased brand new and was built and collected by an adult. The pieces for the set and the set itself are in excellent condition. No cracks or damaged pieces. The minifigures were sitting safely in storage so they are also in very good condition. Included are the building instructions and a brick separator. This set will be fully disassembled for shipping.
