C. M. Hutschenreuther Cobalt Blue with Encrusted Gold Band, and all Gold Interior, Demitasse or Espresso Cup and Saucer. Style G12040. Very diminutive set—the cup is only 1 7/8” in width and 2” tall.

No chips or cracks. There are some firing spots on the underside of the cup (see photos), but these are not unusual and do not detract from the beauty of the set.
