I have taken pictures of the figure from all angles to show condition and wear.  The figure and remote were wrapped with tape, so there is sticker residue on the remote.  Tried to remove it but there is still some remaining.  The figure did run.  There are minor areas of damage.  Please refer to the pictures for exact details.
