Very nice mint 1993 Vintage Puma Military 23 0465 4 1/8" Back Packer Knife With Green Checkered Handles. The guarantee control number is 27391. This indicates the knife was made in the 1st half of 1993.
This knife is 4 1/8" long when closed with a 3 1/4" blade. The Puma model number is 23 0455.
The overall length is 7 314". It has a 440A German Steel blade. The blade has a nice etch: 230 465 HANDMADE - PUMA BACK PACKER - GERMANY STAINLESS.
The handles are checkered green with an inlaid round Puma shield. The knife has bead blasted Nickel Alloy bolsters and liners.
The knife comes in the factory Puma green / yellow box with factory Puma tag and papers. This Puma knife is hand made in Solingen Germany. Puma makes one of the highest quality knives made.
