All our miniatures use the same worldscale method to establish the scale of a baseline human, we measure from the base of the foot to the eyes NOT the top of the head. Our scale method is the same as Games-workshop and many other miniature companies.

No replacement will be offered where the customer has failed to correctly measure for the scale against their expectations. Note that a plastic ruler or fabirc tape measure is not an acceptable way to measure a miniature and are known to be innaccurate. Please use Digital Calipers when checking the scale of your miniatures.
