Control board can only use DC power supply, if the transformer, please increase the rectification circuit.
Control board maximum withstand voltage is 25.2V, if there is a special need, can be loaded to the maximum 25.2V, but because the T12 is rated 24V power supply, if over-voltage use, will reduce the life of the soldering iron head.
Please weld the control board according to the welding diagram of the store, the control board is very small and requires electronic foundation and certain hands-on ability.
The most common problems: input positive and negative connection reversal, output positive and negative connection reversal, aviation plug position welding check carefully, the board is very small, soldering iron head do not move to other parts, soldering wire before the wire on the tin, so easy to stain tin, to avoid welding too long, high temperature burned circuit board and other electronic parts.
Kit assembled by themselves need to have a certain level of electronic fundamentals and hands-on ability, the control board are tested and issued, positive and negative connection may burn the board, the output is connected to the reverse head burnt red, do not provide technical services, please understand!
