UUsing EMG’s new Retro Active technology, the T 52 System is our twist on the vintage 1952 Tele with the classic twang and edge players have known for 60 years. By combining alnico 5 (bridge) and alnico 2 (neck) we have spun tradition upside down giving players more punch and plenty of body where needed. The Retro Active discrete FET preamp removes all the noise and hum associated with traditional Tele pickups. Players will love the passive feel with active clarity. The T 52 System is an easy solderless drop in replacement that takes minutes to install. Designed and built in California the past has never sounded so good.

If upon examination the pickup is determined to be defective, a replacement will be made. Warranty replacement products are covered by this same warranty.
