Light seals have been replaced.

The lens has Fungus on the front element only but this doesn't noticeably affect the picture.

The camera has a quirk; not sure if it's the same with all XE-1 or not but the lever will prevent winding if you instantly try to wind after taking a shot. It then allows you to wind once pressure is taken off the lever, however if you wind on normally it will be fine.

Other than that, there are a couple small dings here and there as expected for a camera this old.
