This coat is a Sample.  We have a few Hikerdelic Samples that we no longer need so selling in the Outlet.  Being a sample I suppose there could be some other minor differences to the production version (I honestly don't know) but looking at the tag I assume the outer shell material is not the intended material for the production run.  It isn't "wrong" just not the fabric that'll be used.  Selling cheap so a bargain for someone.  Any questions just ask.
