Up for sale is CX176 which comes in two upper material options - action leather and synthetic microfiber called "Clarino". The shoes on this listing feature action leather upper. Action leather is a split leather with a PU surface treatment and it's indeed real leather. The supple feel after it breaks in is something you won't get from synthetic leather that most other brands opt for their products to cut corners.
CX176 is built on Lake's Sport last. This last is wider and taller than most other shoes in the market, and yet it even offers a wide-width option as you see on this listing. Please check my other listings for standard-width CX176.

OUTSOLE
Lake Competition Fiberglass-injected nylon outsole - 3 hole cleat pattern for Shimano/Look/Time, etc. It's also compatible with a Wahoo SPEEDPLAY cleat with an adapter. *Note that cleats are not included in the sale.
UPPER
Clarino microfiber and mesh. It's much lighter than the leather version of CX176 while it retains the superior fit feel of natural leather. It's equipped with a BOA closure system; which has been officially declared as the cycling shoe closure of choice.
CLOSURE
Side-mounted L6 BOA push/pull lacing system with power strap in the forefoot.
SIZING
Please consult the size guide on Lake’s website prior to the purchase, if you’re not sure about an appropriate size for your feet. There’s also an instructional video titled “Lake Shoe Fitting: How shoes are sized and finding your shoe size” on YouTube.
SHIPPING
The shoes will be shipped from Japan via FedEx or DHL Expedited service. Once the package is handed to the courier on my end, you may not change the delivery address or there will be additional charge for that. Therefore, please make sure that the address you’re providing to me is where you or someone on your behalf will be able to receive the package, and double-check that the address is complete with no information missing.
Also, delivery to a remote area may incur additional charge (usually around US$20). Search with keywords such as "fedex out of delivery area" or "dhl remote area" and you'll find their lists of these areas.
