Flash powers up and test fires fine. I don't have a camera to test it on, but all functions seem to work without any issues.  It is in excellent condition with some very minor marks that are barely noticeable. It does have some adhesive Velcro strips on it that someone attached for accessories. It comes with the original Sony flash case.  Thanks!
