Sweet pair of 100% cotton shorts by OLD NAVY for girls size 4T. These are done in a soft blue color, elastic waist with a tie. 2 front pockets. There is a tulip and heart pattern splashed throughout done in yellow, white and a darker blue. Waist is 19" at rest and shorts are 7 1/4" from top to bottom.     

EXCELLENT condition, no stains or tears!
