In the unusual puzzle video game Devil Dice, the user steers a little devil around a grid of big dice. The player has the option of standing on top of dice or on the ground with dice towering above. The player can walk between dice while standing on them, or they can roll a die while running, which will disclose a different face as the die rotates. The dice sink into the field before disappearing when a group of neighboring dice with similar pips is formed—the size of which must be at least the number of pips. A sinking set of dice can start a chain reaction if more dice are added.
