COMPOSITE VANE

MATERIAL- The vanes are fabricated from a proven industrial material used in mining equipment. The outer layers are very wear resistant while the inner core provides strength without becoming brittle.

SIZE- 4 inches long, 1/4 inch thick, 1-7/8 inches wide. This is stiff enough for nearly any machine. If you prefer a thicker / stiffer vane look for our heavy-duty kits.

MOUNTING SLOTS- This was the first kit to introduce vane slots. The slots provide flexibility to tune your installation and allow you to advance the vanes if they ever do wear. Four slots provide more flexibility in your installation. If a gusset or rib is in the way you can skip a hole and still have 3. If you need to trim the vane you have more options.

CLAMP PLATE

BAR MATERIAL- Stainless steel for durability.

HOLES- Holes are sized to accurately guide your drilling and to mate with the vanes. These are purpose specific parts, no extra holes. They support the full length of the vane

MANUFACTURING- Vanes are fabricated with digitally controlled machines that ensure consistent parts. This means they will not cause an imbalance of your impeller.

HARDWARE

MATERIAL- Stainless steel for durability and serviceability

NUTS – Lock-nuts so they do not need to be over-tightened

BOLTS- Hex head so you can use wrenches, sockets, or nut drivers in tight quarters. Bolts are 1 inch long to accommodate stamped impeller ribs.
