Payment
Precious metals markets are fluid therefore immediate payment through eBay is required at time of purchase for all listings. Buyer is locked in at the price at the time of sale. We cannot make any price adjustments after the sale is complete. Prices can continuously change up or down until the point of payment.Shipping
Signature is required on all invoices over $750.
Final shipping methods are chosen at the discretion of our shipping department.
Listings
MCM will not honor any sale where a typographical or computer error is made as determined by either us or by eBay. Product Photo Policy: MCM attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. We take all of our photos in house and due to reflections on the mirrored or proof surfaces of a coin there may appear to be 'black' when there is not. If a coin has a color on it at all it will be described as 'colorized' in the description or title. Due to the large inventory we sell, we use stock photos. Serial numbers will vary from the image shown unless specifically stated in the product listing that the item pictured is the item you will receive
International
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY: We are accepting international orders through ebay's International Shipping Program.
- Any additional import duties, customs fees, shipping/handling charges or taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office, postal office or local UPS office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
- We only use UPS and FedEx as our couriers and we can ONLY ship to your eBay registered shipping address. We do not ship to any other address that is not listed on eBay, or to any shipping companies, storage units, etc.

Bullion Items Non-Returnable, Final Sale
ALL BULLION ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to the volatile nature of the bullion market all gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion sales are final. You may cancel your order, however all cancellations will be subject to any market loss as described in our Market Loss Policy.
Market Loss Policy
Upon placing your order the transaction becomes a binding agreement, whether buying or selling. Your price becomes locked-in as soon as you click “place order” during the checkout process. If you cancel your order once placed, any amount refunded will be offset by our current buy price. For additional clarity, you will be responsible for any loss in value incurred during the cancellation process
Refunds of non-bullion items are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless otherwise stated by Company. Company will refund the purchase price to the customer in the same manner in which the original purchase was made, i.e., credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card used. An balance due and owing on a returned item will be deducted from the refunded amount prior to crediting the customer's account. Beyond the 14-day return period, Company is under no obligation to accept return of any product, but may in its discretion do so pursuant to this policy, for up to one year from the invoice date.
