In good condition - no chips, crazing or stains.  There is a line down the middle of the lid that looks like a hairline crack, I believe it is from the manufacturing, it looks like the lid may have been made in two pieces and then fused together, the line is completely straight and they line up perfectly on either side of the underside of the lid, see last two photos (very faint lines, one picture has the lines vertically in the other (last photo) the line is horizontal).
