Same Day Shipping:

If cleared payment is received by noon EST Monday thru Saturday your order ships that day.  For orders where payment is received after noon the order will ship the following day.  We ship 6 days a week.

Shipping Destination:

We currently only ship to the U.S.A. This does include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and FPO's.

Refund Policy:

Our goal is your satisfaction with the buying experience.  We make every effort to make sure everything goes perfectly,  but we are human and occasionally we do make a mistake or something does go wrong.  We want to fix it and make it right.  Please e-mail us as soon as possible so we can fix the problem (prior to leaving feedback) .
