RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
You have 30 days to request a return. If you would like to return an item please follow the below instructions for a free prepaid return label within Canada.

1. Go to My eBay tab on the top right of page
2. Select Purchase History from the drop down menu
3. Select the orders tab and locate the item you want to return
4. Select the option highlighted in blue that reads "Return this item"
5. Select the reason for the return and your return will be approved within 1 business day. A free prepaid shipping label will be provided

RETURN GUIDELINES:

1. All returned products must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
2. Shoe boxes and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
3. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
4. Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
5. Prepaid shipping labels are not provided to International buyers. International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
